1.2 Information You Provide to Us

We use artificial intelligence to process your notes only when you actively use an AI-enabled feature. Except for the limited processing described in Sections 3.3 and 5, we do not use your information for training purposes, and your notes remain private within your account.
2.2 Note Information
Your notes, including text, voice, links, and files, are accessible only to you, except for the limited processing required when you actively use the AI or speech-recognition features described in Sections 3.3 and 5.

We do not share any personal information collected from you except under the following circumstances:

For speech recognition and AI processing features, we process only the audio, text, and related task data that you submit or authorize us to process when you actively use those features. Such data is transmitted to the relevant service providers through encrypted API requests and used only to perform functions such as speech-to-text, AI content understanding, text generation, summarization, information extraction, and returning the processing results to you.
Except as required by applicable laws and regulations, as necessary for service security or troubleshooting, or with your separate explicit consent, we do not authorize third-party service providers to use your audio files, transcripts, input content, output content, or AI processing results to train, retrain, or improve their foundation models, or for purposes unrelated to providing the relevant features.

- Purpose: When you actively use speech-to-text, audio transcription, or voice content recognition features, we convert the audio file you submit or authorize us to process into text, in order to generate transcripts, organize voice content, and provide related product features
- Model/Capability Used: AssemblyAI speech-to-text / ASR capabilities; Deepgram speech-to-text / ASR capabilities
- Collected Information: Audio files or audio URLs that you submit or authorize us to process, and request information necessary to complete the recognition task
- Collection Method: When you actively trigger the relevant feature, the audio file or audio URL is transmitted to the corresponding service provider through encrypted API requests for recognition processing
