RoundRedDot Inc. ("we") respects the privacy of its users ("you") and has established this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy.   • Payment data. We may collect information about your subscription orders, such as products purchased, subscription times, order status, payment times. We do not collect payment details nor are we responsible for the collection or security of payment details. Payment information is processed and stored by third-party companies (e.g., Apple). We recommend that you read and familiarize yourself with these third-party companies' privacy policies before entering your personal payment details.

1.2 Information you provide to us

1.2.1 User information. Your nickname, email, and account information created with us.

1.2.2 Communication information. If you contact us, we will collect your name, contact information, and the content of any messages you send.

1.2.3 Permission to access storage. To ensure you can normally save photos, videos, or cache information to your device, or upload pictures from your device to our software, you may voluntarily grant us access to your device's storage space.

1.2.4 Information security. To provide a seamless note synchronization experience, allowing you to access your notes on any device, all your data will be stored both in the cloud and on your devices. We understand that your note data is highly private to you, so we employ industry-leading security measures to protect it. Your note data is encrypted with high-level encryption during both transmission and storage, ensuring that only you can access it.


2. Information we do not share

2.1 Information security. We use artificial intelligence to process your notes, but we do not use any of your information for training purposes, and your notes remain absolutely confidential in your account.

2.2 Note information. All your notes, including text, voice, links, files, and all other note information you input, are only viewable and audible by you.


3. Information we share

Except in the following cases, we do not share any personal information collected from you:

3.1 If required by law, we may share your information with law enforcement agencies or other competent authorities and any third parties (e.g., to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues); respond to claims or satisfy any legal process, subpoena, or government request; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of our users, their partners, or the public.

3.2 If we undergo a business transition, such as being merged with or acquired by another company, or in the event of a merger, change in control, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, your information will be part of the assets transferred.

3.3 In order to provide feedback or respond to your input, you understand and agree that we need to share user content with our artificial intelligence technology partners.

3.4 We may also share personal information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, and parent companies, but their use of such information must comply with applicable data protection laws and this Privacy Policy.

5.1 We operate internationally and provide software to users around the world. 5.2 If you are located in the European Economic Area, according to legal requirements, you hereby explicitly agree to the transfer of your data to places outside the European Economic Area after you use the services. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

The services we provide are not suitable for children under the age of 17 or other legal minimum age ("Minimum Age") applicable in your country/region.
